岗位职责：

1、负责海运进出口的日常操作；

2、接收订单以及安排订舱、运输、货物跟踪、报关、结算等事宜；

3、制作海运单证及相关文件，并录入操作系统；

4、和客户、运输车队、报关行、船公司相关人员保持良好的沟通，确保货物的顺利出运。

5、独立完成货物进口后的各项环节。

任职资格：

1、大专及以上学历，应届毕业生也可考虑；

2、熟悉海运操作流程，有相关经验优先；

3、良好的沟通协调力，具有强烈的工作责任心，工作积极主动，有团队合作精神；

4、英语熟练，能熟练使用office等办公软件系统；

5、能接受海外派遣工作。

Shipping operations

Responsibilities：

1, Responsible for the daily operation of import and export by sea;

2, Receiving orders and arranging for booking, transportation, cargo tracking, customs declaration/clearance, and others;

3, Make shipping and related documents, and enter them into the operating system;

4, Keep good communication with customers, transport fleets, customs brokers, and shipping company to ensure shipments smoothly.

5, Complete all relevant works after the import independently.

Qualifications：

1, College degree or above, fresh graduates can also be considered;

2, Familiar with the shipping operation process, relevant experience is preferred;

3, Good communication and coordination, strong sense of responsibility, proactive work, and team spirit;

4, Proficient in English, proficient in using Office and other office software systems;

5, Able to accept overseas assignments.
